our work

Facilitation

Chris Rolls FRSA is an experienced facilitator, having worked for twenty years with organisations and community groups at different scales. As a UKCP registered psychotherapist, he is expert at holding complex and challenged groups and in facilitating group creativity and change processes. As a leader of group activities, his facilitation is intersectionally aware - mindful of the ways that power, privilege and minority experiences shape the group encounter. Chris also offers training for facilitators.

Consultation

We work with local authorities and councils, Boroughs and Cities of Culture, social and cultural sector organisations to help them engage inclusively, creatively, and fairly with stakeholders - especially the public. Inclusivity and cultural diversity undperpin all our public engagement principles. We are experienced in developing bespoke community engagement strategies, project management models and theories of change. We have helped shape the design and delivery of local authorities' cultural strategies.

Training

We design bespoke training for all sorts of participants and their needs. We're passionate about sharing frameworks and models of effective and inclusive public engagement, as well as helping organisations develop strategies. We are experienced in designing and delivering training on facilitation, community co-creation, and cultural inclusion. Our training is participatory, creative, and experiential.
